2. How Our Estimates Work
Here’s how pricing and estimates are handled:
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we let you know otherwise.
- If we discover hidden issues (like unsafe wiring, outdated panels, or code violations) that weren’t visible during the initial visit, the scope of work may change.
- If adjustments are needed, we’ll always get your written approval (email counts) before moving forward.
3. Scheduling Your Project
Once you approve the proposal and pay your deposit, we’ll confirm your place on our schedule. We ask that you provide:
- Clear access to all work areas
- Available power and lighting if possible
- Personal items moved out of the way (unless we’ve agreed to handle this for you)
If unsafe site conditions or emergencies arise, we may reschedule to ensure your safety and the quality of our work.
